Many designers prefer the look and feel of natural zinc. DIXIEGRAPHICS offers several options for this. You can have signs with either natural zinc raised surfaces or natural zinc backgrounds (silvertone). And we can brush the grain in either a horizontal or vertical direction. A second option is to use a sandblasted background (sandtone) with painted raised surfaces. Sandblasting gives the zinc a darker gray color. Other options include swirl brushing and mirror polishing both of which give the natural zinc a different look and feel.
